Your balance can be paid in cash or card. GRACE PERIOD: We understand that delays can happen, this is why we offer a 5-minute grace period for all appointments. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to another time or day to avoid delays for other clients. We appreciate your understanding and your effort to arrive on time so we can give you the best experience possible. RESCHEDULING: If you would like to reschedule your appointment, please do so 24 hours in advance through the booking app or text us. Deposits are only transferable if the appointment is rescheduled within 2 weeks of initial scheduled appointment. BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT: - Hair should be about 1/4 inch long (length of a grain of rice). Avoid shaving for at least 2-3 weeks. - Gently exfoliate the area 24-48 hours before. Please make sure your skin is hydrated! -Avoid caffeine. It can cause more sensitivity. -Wear comfortable clothing to your appointment especially for bikini services to avoid irritation.
